This is a right-click shell extension, that will automatically create a folder based on the selected file name and move that file into that folder. If you select multiple files, a box will pop up asking for a folder name. That folder name will be created and all selected files will then be moved into the new folder. This tool runs on Windows XP and above.
It allows you to rename file name extensions for single or all files in folder
